Billing — Annual in advance. Monthly billing = annual × 1.15.
Headcount — Charged on active employees each month. No minimum headcount, no minimum contract term.
Minimum fee — S$100 per month.
Renewal — Same price. Any change requires 60 days' written notice.
Mid-year changes — Added staff are billed on actual headcount; a new band applies from the next billing month. Reduced staff: the paid annual fee is not refunded; the next renewal is recalculated.
Add-ons — Custom login domain S$600/yr · On-site training S$800/day · MeritLink attendance terminal quoted separately · Historical payroll migration beyond implementation scope quoted per record.
GST — ADNETI is not GST-registered; invoices carry no GST.
Correct. The subscription is priced on employee headcount across the group, not on the number of entities. Four companies with 40 staff between them cost the same as one company with 40 staff.
Not at the moment. MeritHRMS is not currently on the PSG pre-approved list, and we would rather tell you here than let you find out later. Our pricing is set so that it stands on its own without a subsidy. If PSG matters to your decision, say so on the first call and we will be straight with you about where the application stands.
No. Year 2 is the same subscription price as Year 1 — the only difference is that you are not paying implementation again. If we ever need to change pricing, you get 60 days' written notice.
