Estimate monthly CPF contributions using the latest CPF Board rates. The same compliance engine that powers MeritHRMS payroll.
Estimate only. This calculator provides an estimate of monthly CPF contributions for private-sector employees using CPF Board rates effective 2026 and 2027 (selectable above), based on Ordinary Wages and the standard contribution tables. It does not account for Additional Wages (e.g. bonuses, which have a separate annual ceiling), voluntary contributions, or individual circumstances. It is not official advice — for authoritative figures refer to the CPF Board, and for full payroll compliance use MeritHRMS.
For employees aged 55 and below, the total CPF contribution is 37% of wages — 20% from the employee and 17% from the employer — up to the Ordinary Wage ceiling. Contribution rates step down for older age bands.
The Ordinary Wage ceiling is S$8,000 per month in 2026. Monthly wages above S$8,000 are not subject to CPF.
For employees aged 55 and below, the employer contributes 17% of wages up to the ceiling. The employer rate is lower for employees above 55.
